While every effort has been made to photograph items in the shop to show their true colours and textures, please be aware that computer monitors do all differ slightly and the colours you see on screen may not match exactly the colours in real life.
PRICES & PAYMENT
- Payments are accepted through PayPal and Stripe
- If no payment is made within 24hr, the item will be re-listed and the sale cancelled.
- Prices are all shown in GBP inclusive of VAT.
- Prices displayed throughout this website were accurate at the time of publication and may change at any time.
- Prices and availability of item(s) and postage are subject to change without prior notice.
SHIPPING
- All items are carefully packed to ensure safe shipment.
- All Items will be shipped via Royal mail Special delivery which is a trackable express service and will require a signature for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International shipping costs vary based on size, weight and value so please contact me for a quote, letting me know the item(s) you wish to purchase.
- I will only use an express courier service that is insured against loss, fully trackable and signed for, such as UPS Express or FedEx International Priority. These services do cost a little more, but it's worth it for peace of mind when shipping original pieces of art.
- International customers are responsible for paying any import duty.

RETURNS
- I do hope you love your purchase, but if you are unhappy in any way please get in touch within 7 days and we can try to resolve the issue together.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- In the unlikely event that your item should arrive damaged. Please get in touch within 7 days of the item arriving and include photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
- Returns and refunds will be made at the discretion of Lucy Pass.
- Upon the return of the item in satisfactory condition in the original packaging using a tracked postal service within 14 days, I will refund you the purchase price of the piece. I cannot refund the original shipping costs.
