PRESSING MATTERS

'Satellite' was created for the 'Pressing Matters' show which launched on the 4th of May, 2021. Presented by Helium London and curated by Pavement Licker, the unique exhibition saw contemporary artists create unique pieces from rare vinyl test pressings vinyl donated from the biggest names in the music industry in order to raise money in aid of Music Support - a grassroots charity offering help and support for those in or employed by the UK music industry affected by mental ill-health and/or addiction.

The wonderful James and Josh at Pavement Licker paired me with Kano and sent me a test pressing of his Mercury-nominated 'Hoodies All Summer' to use as my canvas.
